BUSINESS HOURS

Thin white film printed with design is cut and applied to product by heat and pressure.

Over/Under Runs: 5% over/under possible. Quantities shipped are invoiced.
Cancellations: $40.00 (G) per order in addition to any costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
Rush Service: two-day and three-day rush services may be available upon request. Production capacity, inventory, imprinting method and total number of imprints, may limit rush availability. Proof is waived for two-day rush orders and may not have proof edits.
Samples: Random sample orders totaling up to $10 (Z) are sent at no charge, when a valid shipper account number is provided. Samples ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt.

Art Requirements: Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files in a format of: AI, EPS, or PDF and fonts converted to outlines (vector curves). Archive or Compression formats: .ZIP (zip encoded) accepted.
Artwork: May be available at Art Department’s discretion. $50.00 (G) per hour, one-hour minimum. Art charges are advised in advance of correcting art.
Typesetting: $15.00 (G) regular type, $25.00 (G) for curved type or font matching. One typesetting charge per order.
Imprint Size: Artwork is sized to the maximum imprint area, unless otherwise requested.
Proof Edits: After initial proof, one proof edit is provided at no charge. Any additional proof edit requests by the customer may incur a charge of $10.00 (G) per edit.
PMS Imprint Colours: Colour is matched as close as possible. Absolute colour match is not guaranteed due to product surface and colour.
Exact Re-orders: A proof is not sent for exact repeat orders unless specifically requested on PO.
Shipping Methods: UPS, FedEx or truck line by request.

Silicone pads pick up ink from etched plates of your design and apply them to the product.

USA Shipments: Shipped on shipper’s account number provided.
Ibpromo is not responsible for any delivery delays due to Customs clearing processes.

Returns: Must have Return Authorization Number. Please contact Ibpromo before returning any merchandise. A $40.00 (G) restocking fee may apply for blank goods.
Drop/Split Shipments: $8.00 (G) per address after first address, plus freight charges. A $25.00 (G) repackaging fee for split addresses not received with the initial order.
Product Runs: Product colour, design, texture, and /or density may vary with inventory replenishments. Imprinting methods used are adjusted by hand-eye coordination. While every effort is made for imprint consistency, a totally uniform imprint on each piece cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing and Product Availability: Product pricing fluctuations, substitutions, and / or discontinuations may occur.
